Theatre in Training
Use of Theatre in Equality and Diversity Training

Many organisations face the challenge of finding inventive ways of ‘getting the message across’ which also facilitate the learning process. Theatre is an innovative approach to handling business issues, organisational development and training through live performance, role-play and audience interaction. It provides an integrated learning initiative capable of being used as key driver for change.

The facilitated workshops are based on realistic workplace scenarios. Scripts are written in association with the client and are based on detailed research within the organisation.
