Training in the area of equality and diversity is both challenging and rewarding and to succeed effective trainers must be agents for change. They need to be highly skilled in facilitation and possess an in depth knowledge of equality issues and legislation. We have used our extensive knowledge and expertise, gained from working in the field of diversity and equality for over ten years, to develop highly effective and practical strategies to deal with the challenging situations that may occur in workshops.
Our ability to provide and oversee development opportunities for others has helped organisations develop individuals to reach their true potential. We are Executive Coaches and Mentors to several directors and senior managers and have enabled individuals to enhance personal and team performance by making changes in their thinking, attitudes and behaviour. In turn, this positively supports systematic and cultural change.
